We hired Steve and Shane to build a detached garage with a shop and couldn't be happier with the result!  It can be stressful trying to decide who to hire and feel confident things will get done right, as we all know there are some hacks out there.   Take it from me, as a picky home inspector, you can be sure this father/son team will do it right.   Steve handled the planning and coordinating of the whole project and Shane did all the framing, sheathing, flashing, roof, windows, doors, and siding.   He is a jack of all trades and is very meticulous with details.  No corners were cut.  Every detail was done right, and they went above and beyond what would be considered acceptable industry standards.   They were professional and even came in under budget!  We were so happy we had them install new doors and a window on our house with the same quality workmanship.   Steve made the whole process incredibly easy with hiring quality subcontractors like concrete and excavation.   If you want a builder that gets the job done right and communicates with you throughout the process, look no further.   Thank you, DeBoer’s Construction!!!

(Update - two years later): Steve, the back porch looks lovely!  Now we feel like the house is finished!  Not that we won’t come up with a Bar-B-Q, picnic table platform w/ a sleeping loft above, overlooking the creek!  We’ve waited to do this for the 2 years we’ve lived here because we slept out on the decks all summer for the 26 years we lived up Bridger!  We love sleeping outside.  May be noisy too w/ planes and trains down here, but we still dream!  Please tell Shane that the project exceeded our expectations, especially since we thot we’d have to build a home like all the others!  We love the inside window trim, as well.
